Just got my Aria Air and I have it connected. When I step on the scale it displays my weight of 220lb. But the automatic syncing on the app was showing my last weigh in of 210 lb. I went through the painful process of deleteing all of my previous weight data in hopes to give fitbit a clean slate. I weight back in on the scale and the scale says i'm 220, but the app thinks i'm 173lb. I wish that were true, but it is not. Not sure what is going on and if there is any fix. I've cleared my entire fitbit app (cache and data) resynced the scale and reset the scale. I'm not sure what else there is to do other than return it and never buy a fitbit scale again. I was hoping for a hassle free way of weighing in.

This happened to me as well, and nothing I did fixed it. I resolved it quite by accident! I would open the app, step on the scale, and when the pop-up appeared the previous weight was displayed so I would close the pop-up and repeat the steps with the same result. The final time, I forgot to close the pop-up. I just stepped off the scale, waited for the scale display to go black, then stepped back on. The previous weight in the pop-up then updated to the weight displayed on the scale! I've tried it several times since with great results! Hope it works for you!
