I just got my new Aria Air scale yesterday. I was able to set up and sync with app. Everything was doing fine until this morning. I stepped on the Aria to measure my weight and it display "--------------", which mean it reached the weight limitation. I reset the scale, resync and ask my toddler to step on it, and got the same error. I took out the batteries and replaced with new one but go the same error. I reset the scale, remove it from the app and reconnect the machine. Now, the sale is displaying "0.00" So, I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I googled it and went through all those suggestions, still this thing is not working. Any idea? or Should I return the product?
