I have a new Aria Air and it will only sync once. After that I have to reboot my phone before it will sync again the next day. Sometimes switching to airplane mode and back will temporarily fix it. Is there a real fix for this or do I need to return the scale?
I see many other people having the same issue but Fitbit keeps closing the treads, making them resolved pointing to a meaningless help article. I don't have a Sense or Versa 3. Fitbit, please stop closing the threads if you don't have a real fix.

Same for me. Actually have to force stop the app. Restart, log-in and start over. Happens every time I use the scale. This is a known issue going back to 2019. No fix from Fitbit. I’ve had enough of the Fitbit family and all of the inconsistencies across the product lines Tomorrow, all of it is being returned and I will never buy another Fitbit product. I really love my Charge 5 but the data is crap, nowhere near accurate or consistent. As far as the scales… total garbage and not worth wasting your time with. Goodbye Fitbit, I’m moving on to Withings and a reliable experience. So very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!
