I've got the same problem that many others have complained about and I don't see Fitbit/Google doing anything about fixing the problem! I think we all in good faith bought the Aria Air to use and why suddenly did they all stop working as they had in the past. Sounds like someone failed recognize an update or os version incompatibility. If you're not going to respond with a fix then I want my money back!

Just got mine. The only way it works is too remove it and add it again to the app. It works once, then the next time I step on it, it won't sync. And Fitbit is no help

I was having this issue on 2 devices an old android tablet and a newer android phone. The tablet synced the first time then would not sync again even after reboot. and the phone would only sync after a reboot.
But poking around on the phone I noted app permissions for Fitbit had "Physical Activity" disabled I re-enabled it and have been syncing normally for the last few days. On the tablet almost all permissions had been revoked from Fitbit, I made them match the phone and now the tablet is also syncing. Hopefully they continue to work!
Googles android devices seem to revoke permissions on the fly they think have not been used for a while. bit of an annoying "feature"
