I'm frustrated - we bought Aria Air at the weekend and the invite another user option won't work. I have tried on the app - no e-mails, no notifications, nothing. We have reset the scales twice and tried from both accounts. I have also tried from desktop and nothing. What now? Only one of us can connect.
These scales aren't cheap so I would like to get it working.
Same here, I have the first Aria scale, I send an invite via web site to my daughter, it said invite sent but she never received the email. I clicked many time on resent, nothing, change email address, same issue....
