Hi,
My Aria Air scales do not measure my body fat %.
I’ve tried all the previous suggestions (stepping on barefoot, taking out batteries, stepping on 4 or 5 times in a row, updating any updates) and it still does not show my body fat %.
This is a feature I really want to use so would appreciate your help.
Thanks, Mark

I'm afraid the Aria Air does not measure body fat. It's a "lite" version of the scales and does not have all the features of the Aria 2. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Fitbit_products#Fitness_tracker_comparison

So the chart states that the Aria Air measures BMI. Mine doesn't.

@nightshine The scale doesn’t display your BMI. The scale doesn’t “know” who is standing on it. When you weigh yourself, you accept the weight in the Fitbit app. You see your BMI in your weight log.
