Very disappointed, as much as I’d like to weigh less - I’ve gone from 10 stone 7lbs, to 9 stone 10lbs to 9 stone 1lb in a matter of minutes. How can FitBit market a scale so faulty and not accurate?

Hi @LauraElizabeth, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria Air is not providing accurate weight readings. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I'd like you to restart your Aria Air. To do so, hold the inductive button for 5 seconds. You should see on the display this message : oTA. Release the button, and press it again until you see on the display clr.
After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if it provides accurate readings.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have tried the reset several times and it still isn't working correctly. For one thing, it never ZEROES out before stepping on it. It starts at 125.8 pounds when no one is standing on it. This is very disappointing. What else can I try?
