I have not been able to get a reading on the scale at all. I stand on it and it just keeps flashing all sorts of different weights and never stepping on a weight. It’s not even within a small range of weights - just wandering all over from 60 pounds up into the 300s. I thought maybe I could have been over the limit but I checked the manual and I am within the by quite a bit. I weighed myself on my old scale to confirm and I should be just fine. My husband tried the scale as well and he is easily 100 pounds less than me so there should be NO issue whatsoever but it did the exact same for him - constantly going up and down and never settling on a weight! We just opened this out of the box yesterday, so I have no idea why this could be happening. I put different batteries in it just in case that could be an issue. I’ve reset the scale, set it up multiple times from scratch…no luck. What can I do?!
