Recently got a new iPhone and now the aria air won’t connect, my husband has invited me to use the scales as it requests. Then it shows in my devices that I’m a user but every time I stand on the scales I get the set up notification pop up and it never syncs my weight. I have searched all the help forums and tried everything suggested, use a desktop, force close, remove app and reinstall, turn phone off, take batteries out of scales to still get the same annoying message. Please can someone help me out??

Hello @Vixf85 and welcome to the Community. It sounds like you did all the right troubleshooting. Perhaps it's time to contact Support for more help. I was thinking it might a Bluetooth issue with the old and new phones. I recently upgraded my iPhone. I removed all my old devices from my Bluetooth list on the old phone. Did you?

Hi we have had the same issue our scales arrived today works perfect on my phone, invited my mam to be able to use them and comes up with the set up on her phone saying it has been done wrong or scale has been reset.
I haven't been able to find anything to try and fix it in the end she went on the scale while I had it open on my phone and I just reassigned the weigh in to her but I can't be doing that every time.
I am half tempted to send back and just do it manually thought it would be easier and quicker doing it with a fitbit scale now I am unsure, when I looked at reviews there are a lot of good ones for it but when it come to help info there is next to nothing for the aria air it's all about the aria and aria2 .
Please could you update on here with what support say to you to fix the issue as I would like to keep the scales but if it can't be fixed will be sending them back sadly.

After trying everything, I decided to return the product. I had to fork out the return shipping cost, but I am sick and tired of trying to work around the connection issues with Aria. I'm going to give Renpho a try. It has really strong reviews, and it works with fitbit too.
Good luck!

Nope, didn't work for me either.

Support was no help. They're just trying this and that, reinstall this, factory reset that, and in the end nothing worked. Sending it up to some other tech group. Never heard back. So, I returned the product.

I had an iPhone SE (2016) and got the new iPhone 13 mini this week. My Fitbit Alta and Inspire connected with no issues. But the Fitbit Aria Air won't connect at all. Still works with the old iPhone SE, but every time I try to use the Aria Air with the new iPhone 13 mini, it tries connecting, and then I get a message to re-setup the device. When I try to do that, it says the Aria Air is already connecting to another account. Which is of course my account. Did all the recommended solutions. Off/on, reset, disconnect, remove the app, login and logout etc. etc. Seems to be a more significant issue which is a shame. May just ditch Fitbit at this point I'm so frustrated.
