Aria Air won't sync with iPhone

Scale shows weight but no bluetooth symbol so as to connect to iPhone.  Tried resetting without success.  Both phone and computer show the Air as connected to my account.  No error or other messages.  Any help appreciated.

Hi @Paulpp. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the steps that you've tried prior to posting. Before anything else let me share that our team recently released a new update for the iOS app, so please make sure the Fitbit app is updated on your iPhone is updated. Once that is done, I'd recommend you to try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Aria Air from the Bluetooth settings if it's there.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Aria Air:
On the back of the scale, touch and hold the button for 5 seconds. The display will flash oTA.
Touch and hold the button for another 5 seconds until the display shows clr.

  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Aria Air.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions and try measuring your weight one more time.

Let me know how it goes.
