When are you going to sort out the problem of the Aria Air bluetooth not synching weight date on the App? Particularly annoying as you KNOW about this issue - it is all over Amazon UK/US which is covered in complaints about this - our household has 4 different phones 2 Android and 2 iPhone - NONE OF THEM WORK without constantly having to reset the scales and all of us are now simply adding weight manually.
Please stop conning us with your excuses and suggestions and sort this problem - it IS an issue with your product and you need to let your customers know how to solve this problem.

@Hiuyan Welcome to the Community.
I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with the Aria Air and thanks for your efforts while working on this. Let me share that there was an issue where our users weren't able to pair this scale to the Fitbit app and after reporting it to our team, this was resolved. I understand this isn't the case for you and to look into this, may I know the model of your primary phone? Do you see an error message displayed?
In the meantime, please try the following steps in the giving order:
Restart your Aria Air:
On the back of the scale, touch and hold the button for 5 seconds. The display will flash oTA.
Touch and hold the button for another 5 seconds until the display shows clr.
Hope this helps.

This is the answer that you keep giving to solve this problem but it doesn't help. This needs to be fixed. There is an issue but Fitbit is either unable or unwilling to fix.
