Hello, can anyone help me set this thing up? My wife has an Aria but we never successfully managed to get to the stage where we could both use it and have our data synced with each other's apps independently so I got my own. Can't set it up though. Can anyone offer suggestions? I tried contacting Fitbit support but no success yet. I think my issue might be that the app askes me what I'm setting up and there are 3 Arai's to choose from: Aria Air, Aria or Aria (again).

Brand new Aria air scales here and same issue.  Impossible to setup for multiple users.  Just the worst user experience imaginable.

I did eventually get it working with the help of Fitbit support, that was Sunday evening, it worked Monday but today is Tuesday and it's not working again. Something to do with the bluetooth connection I think. I'm going to give it another try but if it happens again I'll just return it. There are others on the market that seem to he higher rated.
