Just bought these today. Got them to sync to my Fitbit app but can’t get them to link to Bluetooth or my WiFi. Not able to access any kind of setup menu for the scales. I’ve tried switching Bluetooth on and off; switching phone on and off; re- installing app; disconnecting and then re-connecting my Luxe… Any ideas? Fitbit support are useless
I have had my Aria for years, since Google bought Fitbit, my scale does not work, needs to be reset and loaded weekly, doesn't sinc to the app. And doesnt even show up on Bluetooth.
