Hi there,

Since changing Wifi for Aria, my body fat % reading has jumped from around 20% to around 33%. 
I’ve taken battery out and weighed myself three times and still no change. 
this happened some time ago when my wife started using the scale. It was fixed eventually but required the app to be upgraded. 
Can someone please assist?

Having the same problem.  Tried disconnecting and reconnecting.  Restarting scale.  Weighing myself 5 times in a row.  Nothing is resetting it.

I am having the same issue. My BF% was reading around 13% two-three weeks ago and this morning when I jumped on the scale it now says I am around 37% BF. Which I know is inaccurate.
