I’ve been using my aria for years but today I’ve lost all my weigh ins for myself and 2 others. Do you know how I can get them back. I’ve done nothing for this to have happened. 
the weigh ins still show on my Fitbit.

As far as I know, the Aria itself doesn't store your weight.  It uploads them directly to the app, so that's where you'll find all your historical data.
