Since it appears that supports keeps closing this topic over the years a new thread is needed without a solution that works for all. This was working until I got a new network router. No other devices had issues reconnecting to the new router, except Aria.
Followed the current steps provided via FitBit, remove battery, begin the setup process, etc. I can consistently move through the setup process UNTIL it finally tries to connect to WiFi and after indicating “Saving” and on the final step it fails and returns “No Sync”. Repeated multiple times with different my phone, iPad and fails at the same last step.
I also did a reset on the scale which puts it in permanent setup mode with no change.

Does your new router support the protocols required by the Aria?
Networking Requirements
The Fitbit Aria connects directly to your home’s wireless network and supports the
following network configurations:
Wireless 802.11b standard
WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)
Aria requires an 802.11b-compatible network to connect and sync your scale data to
your Fitbit dashboard.

My issue is a bit different but related: I occasionally get a NO SYNC message.
I do not see a Resolution of the original posted message either.
I have gone through Setup a couple of years ago, and the Aria used to SYNC successfully every time.
There has been no change on either the Aria scale or my Router. They are within about 10 feet of each other.
Lately this has become NO SYNC essentially every time I weigh and only 1 out of 20 successfully SYNC.
I have even tried moving the Aria within 1 foot of the Router.
There is no Low Battery warning on the Aria, but I am wondering if sufficiently Weak Battery might cut the SYNC range to Zero?
I have not taken the effort to Clear and SETUP the Aria as new again. Is there some reason that a new SETUP might solve the issue here????

Basically a perfectly good scale needs to be trashed because of a software compatibility issue, so we all run out and buy new scales. Instead of releasing a software patch to fix the issue, keep existing customers happy and make an effort at sustainability. Or we become networking experts to configure a manual work around with a home router to accommodate the antiquated 802.11b technology. How many of us can do that…?
