Aria Not Turning On

Hi - my Aria scales used to work but today when I went to them they have no display showing.

I have put new batteries in.

I have taken the new ones out and waited 10 seconds then put them in again.

Still no display.

Any thoughts on how to get the scales working again?

They've reset. I took the batteries out again and re-tried on a different floor surface and they are working !!!
