Suddenly it stopped connecting to my phone/app, somewhere in this google takeover.
It still connects to my husbands, we've removed me and re-invited me at least three times on separate days.
My fitbit still connects fine to my phone/app.
We can try the hard reset, but I don't want my husband to lose his connection.
I don't know if this is occurring to others, or if you have a fix that doesn't jeopardize my husbands connection. Or please let me know if you've reset and everyone has lost it!

When your husband invited you to the scale, did he use a computer or phone?
Also, did you check your Spam folder?

I'm not sure why, but I've heard of users who are having trouble sending/receiving invites having luck sending them on the computer.
Have you tried setting the scale up on a computer? Once it's set up on the computer, it should remain linked when you use your app.
