Good morning, has anyone had any luck with Fitbit and fixing this issue yet? It’s honestly been months now and it’s actually ridiculous.. my scales will sync to my app but no weight will show.. I can’t enter it manually ( and I mean manually on this part as when it syncs it would come up with the weight and you’d save it and mine just syncs and comes up with no weight on the page just a blank bit where weight can be entered and yes my Fitbit is set to stone/lb and not lbs only but it won’t change)as it’s pounds and I weigh in stones and lbs and I’m not googling my weight each time to manually enter a weight I don’t even understand! I have been entering it manually from the home page of my phone and holding the app down to log weight but before was entering it manually from the data saved bit and that got taken away so no doubt this will at some point.
i just don’t understand how this hasn’t been fixed or even why it hasn’t, is there someone I can contact? Do I just call Fitbit to log a complaint? The reason for the scales is to step on, sync and log my exact weight on my journey and now even that’s not correct as can’t add the whole weight, like say 10.1.2 st I can only add the 10.1 so it’s not accurate each week.
They literally haven’t worked I think since November and I think it’s unfair that in nearly 5 months absolutely nothing has been done to fix this!
What can I do?
