When I purchased this it connected and uploaded my weight into the app. Since then it has never connected again. I have followed all the various instructions- YouTube etc. Still nothing.
Also I cannot get into my account. It accepts my password but then it opens to a page that I can't access as the screen is grey and the program is thinking. Spinning circles
