Aria Scale Says I’m Fat

It doesn’t matter what I weigh, how I eat, how much I work out, Aria says I’m 25% + body fat. Maybe I’m delusional but I am 43 years old, 5’8”, 180# fairly stocky build. I do jiu jitsu 4 days a week, lift one day per week and do yoga one day per week. I would say my diet is 70% clean. I mean I’m no physical specimen, but if I’m really 25% BF there is no hope I’ll ever be “normal”. Does anyone else just feel like the BF % is high who has a similar build as me? I know I need to go do a dunk tank test to see where I’m really at, but I’m curious if anyone else has a similar issue with this scale?

I just bought a Fitbit aria air scale from Amazon today so I don’t have it yet but have to say that no way that you are fat. Also you didn’t say weather you were male or female as the way weight is different for how a male weighs compared to female.

I actually believe the BMI is based on the BMI scale you get when googling. It is not an actual real number based on your muscle weight vs your body fat weight. It doesn’t know the difference.
