I've been having multiple issues with my Aria scale to include No Sync and ERR messages and the scale coming on whenever I walk into the room. Since it comes on randomly, I've been having to replace my batteries more and more frequently. I contacted the support team and they quickly "trouble shooted" my problem by asking if I am putting in fresh batteries. My answer was YES so they told me my scale was out of warranty.
I've been a Fitbit user/fan for quite some time but I'm starting to see quality issues with my last few purchases that are causing me concern. And, the support team only appear to replace defective items rather than fix the issues. Is this just me or is any other long-term user experiencing a decrease in the quality and reliability of Fitbit products and technical support?

@baxjohnson It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues that you are experiencing with your Aria scale. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. I know how frustrating this is for you.
