I can see that my original Aria Scale is syncing... Shows in the Devices list when the last sync took place and it was a few minutes ago. But the Fitbit app is not showing the most recent data for weight. Up until a few days ago the measured weight would show up on the Fitbit app almost immediately after the Aria synced. Now it's taking some amount of time to show up, regardless of refreshing or relaunching the Fitbit app. Something has happened on the backend to delay the new Aria reading showing in the app.

I have noticed exactly the same thing. New readings would show up immediately but now take hours.

I'm running into the same problem. The weigh-in data is listed if I go into the device menu and look at the scale's history, but it doesn't show up in the main portion of the app; nor does it translate over to LoseIt and TrendWeight.

Same problem here. The readings show up in the app under Aria readings, but they are not synced/shown in the weight history immediately as before, but only after ~24 hours.

When iOS FitBit Version 4.55 update hit, weigh-ins from Aria scale don't show up in the Today/Weight Log. It eventually does by the next day. This is not a sync issue - please see below.
I did discover that the new weigh-in DOES show in (1) the actual graph of weight and (2) the new weigh-in shows up if I click the Devices Icon (upper left corner) of Today screen > click on Aria, which is one of the items connected to Fitbit > Click on Recent Weigh-Ins, it does show the new weigh-in.
So the Aria scale is uploading to the cloud, and my iPhone Fitbit App version 4.55 is grabbing that cloud data and showing the new weigh-in two places (Scale->Recent Weigh-ins, and Weight Trends Graph, but NOT on the Weight Log (TODAY screen and select weight).
It won't show any of the weigh-ins for the current day, but today's weigh-ins will show up tomorrow in the weight log. They used to be near instantaneous.
Did version 4.55 have some issue with respect to date/time and Log Weight?
Clearly, the data is making it to the rest of the app, just not the main Log Weight. So this is not a sync issue, it is an issue inside the app.
Fitbit, do you see this behavior?

@michae1a1ee I use an Aria 2 and have the same issue. It can hours to transfer to my Weight log. I use iOS. Many issues are platform specific. What type of phone do you and others use?

It's not platform specific, it's an issue on the Fitbit backend. I'm seeing the delay using the original WiFi Aria, and the Fitbit app on a Google Pixel running Android.

I flagged this post to get a moderator's attention. I made it clear that this affects both Aria/Aria 2 and Android/iOS.

Commenting because I'm having the same issue. Yesterday's weight data didn't show until this morning, and now I can't see today's weight data yet

Just want to add: same for me. Started in the past week, using Aria 2 and latest fitbit app on iOS (iPhone 14 pro max). Like everyone else, it used to be instantaneous, but now takes at least 24 hours to show on the Fitbit app dashboard front page. Like others, it does show up right away within the Aria 2 device tab "recent weigh-ins". Definitely a backend server issue/change as it was instant before. This feeds into my MyNetDiary calorie counting app, so quite annoying that it does not update instantly anymore. Hopefully this will be changed back? Thanks, Farrell

@LZeeW, Thank you for merging my post here. I notice Aira's scale weight does show up in the Weight Log after about 2-3 hours. It used to be near instantaneous.
The timing of this problem matches when the new app version 4.55 was released by Google/Fitbit. You're right, it could be a backend issue too.
Whatever the cause, I do hope they look into this and fix it.
Thanks, Nella
