Aria Scale won't connect to WiFi

This is complete crap...you pay all this money for a smart scale that won't even hook up to your internet and fitbit won't do an update to fix this problem. I've worn fitbit for the past 4 years but after this I'm never buying another fitbit product.

I'd like to follow up on this issue and would like to know the following details that will help me to determine the cause of the issue:

 

- Is your Aria displaying any error message when you try to set it up?

- Have you made changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)?

- What is the make and model of your router?

Yes I get to the last step and it says wifi error..... I have tried adjusting my wifi setting which didn't work as well. It is the original aria

@Cydb Thank you for getting back! Since the issue persists after adjusting your WiFi settings. Please let me know what is your router's make and model. This info will help me to assist you accordingly.
