Aria Thinking... ERR... Message

My Aira just started the infamous ERR message this week. 

Actions Taken (in order):

  • Reset Aria by removing batteries then setting up again. Aira communicating on Network.  Issue Not Resolved.
  • Recalibrated by weighing myself 5 times.  Issue Not Resolved.

I have read all the other threads and none of the posts seem to actually offer a real resolution after trying the above actions.  

 

What is the next step?

Hi, @DeeNorris! Stupid as this sounds, when I've had this issue I will bring my scale downstairs, put it right next to the router, go through the setup steps, and weigh myself a few times before bringing it back upstairs. This seems to fix the upload issues I have had.
