Aria air bluetooth icon disappeared

I bought this device and when I started it, it had a Bluetooth icon. It never synced the Weight so I reset it. And then the Bluetooth icon was gone. Its not come up yet and I cannot set my scale. I have tried so many different options, I will have to return the scale if this problem persists. Please help me here.
