My Aria air has become unresponsive.
Ive had my Aria air for 3-4 years with no issues until this week .
It had not been used for a month or so (Christmas!), When I stepped in them the screen did not come on.
I took out the rechargeable batteries, charged them and replaced them.
When I stepped in them the the screen flicked on briefly but was very faint. The display only showed a zero and a half full battery symbol . As mentioned this display was very very faint and would flash on and off three time then go blank.
I have cleaned the battery points with alcohol, put in brand new non rechargeable batteries and the same thing still happens.
I have no response when I try and reset and the app won't sync to it ( I imagine because the scale is not drawing power correctly)
Is anyone in a position to help at all please ?
