Aria air sending wrong weight to app

I stepped on the scale and it showed 10st 13 yet when it synced to the app the weight came up as 11st 13. Tried redoing it a few times and same result so ended up having to enter it in manually which defeats the purpose of having the Bluetooth link. Any solution to this.
