I cannot  connect to Aria Air. 
I have an iPhone 13 will detect the scale initially but will not connect… how do I rectify this issue?

Have you called customer support? I have an iPhone SE & after they fixed the Google login problem, it worked for my phone, although I could not get it to work with my iPad.
