I've heard a lot of bad issues about the Aria Fitbit scale and I'm wondering what should I use to sync up with my pixel 4 watch and Fitbit premium?

Fitbit Premium is completely independent of the scale, so that should have no impact whatsoever on your decision.  The same is true for your Pixel Watch 4: it's a completely independent device that has absolutely no bearing on anything with the scale.  With that said, I've heard that Withings has a scale that might be worth looking into.  I can't speak from personal experience, but that's what I've heard.
