Aria body fat readings have doubled since reset

Hi

 

Before I reset the scales, I was around 15% body fat. Now It is showing as 32% Body fat. I have tried lean mode but it still shows 32% body fat.

 

Please advise? I am 6ft 2 77kg, 26 year old male. Definitely not 32% body fat. How to recalibrate?

I had a similar thing happen to me with body fat since a reset this week. Where is the Fitbit support team? If they're working from home we should be able to get an answer.

Exact same thing happened to me too. I had to reset my aria on Monday to connect to a new WiFi router and since then BF is reading at around 33% when before it was consistently at 18%/19%. Tried resetting again but didn't do anything. The weight measurements still seem accurate.
