Regarding set up and connecting the app to Aria scale. I have used the scale with no issues for several years. For some reason it unpaired with the app (iPhone) a few weeks back for no apparent reason and I have not made any changes. Go through the process again and again with no results. Get a family member to do the same just in case I'm not following the instructions to a "T". Still nothing. I understand it's a just a scale, but finding it very frustrating that it's not doing what it's supposed to do.
You know... man went to the moon back in 1969, and 51 years later Im unable to connect my scale to the app.

The scale does not connect to the app, it connects to the Fitbit servers which feed data back to the app. Can you see your weigh-ins on the website dashboard?

I have a dual band 2.4 and 5G router. I named the bands differently and was finally able to reconnect to the scale with success with the 2.4GHz frequency. Funny thing is my body fat % doubled in a week according to the scale after reconnecting.
