Aria changed weight units lbs to kg

My Aria scale changed reading from lbs to kg.   I changed the batteries and made sure that the scale is set to lbs and my dashboard to lbs, yet still reads and syncs on my phone to kg.   I uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled with the same results.  What do I need to do?

For me it changes the other way around from kg to lbs. 😕
