Aria connected to WiFi but not in my dashboard

So my Aria is connected to my home wifi network. It connects every time with no problem at all. It does not appear in my dashboard any longer though. I can not get it to reinstall because the wifi connection is not the issue. I have used the trouble shooter, the installation instruction, the restarts, the power down and restart procedures... NONE OF IT WORKS. How do I fix this? How do I get the **ahem**ed thing to reappear in my dashboard?
