I have been fitbit user for 4 years and I'm a premium subscriber. I was excited to recently receive my Aria scale. I opened the app and set it up. It worked and synced my weight to the app. The next day I opened the app and stepped on the scale. The app told me to step on the scale to sync. I WAS ON THE SCALE AND IT WAS SHOWING A READING ON THE SCALE BUT NOT IN THE APP! I deleted the aria from the app and added it again. It took a while, bet it did say "found". That was the end of it because it said unable to connect. My bluetooth was on and it was NOT in airplane mode. I turned off my Bluetooth, turned it back on again and still no luck. What is the point of a smart scale if it doesn't do any more than my less expensive standard scale, which was also at least accurate! I stepped on the Aria today and got one reading, stepped on it again 5 minutes later and got another reading, then again and had my third different reading. It appears the only thing it is good for is a paper weight. I am very disappointed that fitbit sells this kind of product which doesn't work. I may have to cancel my premium membership to make up for the money I wasted on this scale.

Are you sure it is the Aria? That model has not been sold for many years. If so, I wonder where you found it.
Also, you are talking about bluetooth. The Aria synced through wi-fi, not bluetooth. Maybe you mean the Aria Air - that syncs to phone app via bluetooth, then to main Fitbit via wi-fi from phone.
You mention getting 3 different readings. That isn't very meaningful without knowing how much the reading varied. Maybe they were different by 4 or 10 pounds; but maybe you are talking about a tenth of a pound which is much less significant.
