I replaced my batteries for the aria a few weeks ago and since then I’ve had a lot of issues. My aria screen is much dimmer even though it’s at 100% battery. I am also having trouble with consistent weights, with the scale weighing multiple different weights the same time I step on. This morning I tried following the advice on the form to reset it to factory settings, which I was successful in doing, however it’s not syncing to my Fitbit charge 3. I’m worried I messed something up, so if anyone has any advice on how to recalibrate my aria and get it back to normal I would appreciate it.
