It been 2 years since I have Aria and from last 6 months with a slightest of touch or anything aria goes on displaying syncing step on message. When you don’t notice this, this keeps on going till the batteries are drained out. Really really frustrating

This happened to me too and I’ve pretty much been unable to use the scale due to this. Very annoying

This happened to my Aria, I was about ready to throw it away.  Much fiddling about, changing the batteries, cleaning the battery connections did not help.  What fixed it is my attitude once something is broken or not working properly - I have nothing to lose.   I turned it over face down on the bed (soft surface) and hit it 7 -8 times on the back around the whole scale with my fist.  Now I didn't go wailing on it like I wanted to kill it, (although I felt like it) I gave it a few good bumps on the back.  When I turned it back over, its been working ever since.   Worth a try if your going to throw it away.
