Aria displays a "ERR" code

Well, as most of you know the aria scales are TRASH, I finally got the dreaded "ERR" message on my Aria scale and since it's out the 1 year warranty, i'm just stuck buying a new one.

At least now I know what NOT to buy.

Do the fitbit watches come with as much trouble or is there a better brand to go with? There Is NO WAY i'm dropping this much $$ on a newer smartwatch to be told after a year i'm "SOL" because of VERY CLEAR manufacturing issues. (My old fitbit was a secondhand purchase and was looking at buying the versa 3).

This is the WORST customer experience i've ever had.

Oh, and "moderators" please save yourself the trouble in responding with your generic "we're sorry" messages.

If you were sorry, you'd change but clearly you don't care.

Just offering my 2 cents, I am not a moderator.  I've had 13 Fitbits over the years, including the Versa 3, and haven't had any issues with it at all.

Out of curiosity, @KaitlynShrove, which error message are you getting?  There's several types, so in order to help you, we need to know exactly which one you're seeing.
