My scale hasn't been syncing for over a year. We just decided we could log the weight manually so we weren't terribly concerned. However, now our scale just gives us a message: "sensing, step off, thinking, error" when we try to weigh ourselves. The batteries aren't bad. What is going on? It was frustrating that it wouldn't sync, but now it won't even function as a scale?
