Aria displays a "Step Off, Sensing" message

I get a Hi 🙂 when I step on the scale then it says sensing then step off then thinking then Error

I removed the batteries for a day hoping it would reset but it has not.

 

I do not know any next steps.

 

Please help

@Sarge56 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the "Sensing Step Off" message that your Aria scale is displaying. Thank you by the way, for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are stepping on it barefoot.
