Aria displays a "THINKING ERR"

I have spent so much time connecting my Aria scale to the WiFi network over the last two+ years, particularly after a change of batteries. This is much too much. I thought I had bought a scale though, not a WIFI protocols crash course. And this time, after this not so long agony that seemed endless, my Aria has given up on me. It does not connect nor measures weights. RIP. I will myself focus back on the fundamentals with another scale of another brand : weighing!

@Olidemie It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your network and it displays a "Thinking ERR". I know how frustrating this is for you.

I would like you to follow up and provide assistance on this. Please take out the new set of batteries for 15 seconds and then put them back in. This will refresh your scale internally. After this, make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are stepping on it barefoot. If the issue persists let me know and I'll be happy to proceed accordingly.

See you around! Smiley Happy

I agree with you! I got fed up with Fitbit. That’s why I’m telling you and every other thread I’ve read on this issue that there is a more affordable and far superior option to Aria. I posted about my new scale here
