Yall need to fix this. I updated my wifi to 5.0 and cannot connect my aria.  This is ridiculous. I'm not gonna buy a new scale cause you guys cant figure this out.

What is wifi 5.0? Are you using the original Aria? Does the new wifi router meet the following standards?

 

Wireless 802.11b standard
 WEP / WPA / WPA2 personal security
 Automatic (DHCP) IP setup (static IP configuration not supported)


Aria requires an 802.11b-compatible network to connect and sync your scale data to
your Fitbit dashboard.

 

If your new router is not backward compatible to these standards it will not connect. New standards were not in effect when this scale was built. Therefor it doesn't have the hardware to use the new standards.

 

Also, if your new router has an option to enable 2.4 GhZ, try that.
