My scales are showing ERR when I weigh, I have changed batteries and wi fi code is correct, what else can I try.

@Shazwee It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the "ERR" message that your Aria displays even you have replaced the batteries. On order to assist you accordingly, please let me know if the error message appears as "WiFi ERR" or "Sensing Thinking ERR".

@Shazwee Thank you for getting back and providing more details about the issue you are experiencing. Since I noticed the error message that your Aria scale is experiencing, I would like to know if your Aria scale is placed on an even or flat surface and you step on it barefoot when you weigh yourself.
As an additional workaround, please re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row. After this, check out if the error message disappears.

Hi Shazwee,
Lots of us had the same problem. My solution was to buy a different brand which cost much less than the Aria. If you’d be interested in which scale I switched to, check out my post
