@Shazwee It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the "ERR" message that your Aria displays even you have replaced the batteries. On order to assist you accordingly, please let me know if the error message appears as "WiFi ERR" or "Sensing Thinking ERR".

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

Hi, neither really it lets me weight, then asks me to step off then says ERR, that's it.

@Shazwee Thank you for getting back and providing more details about the issue you are experiencing. Since I noticed the error message that your Aria scale is experiencing, I would like to know if your Aria scale is placed on an even or flat surface and you step on it barefoot when you weigh yourself.

As an additional workaround, please re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row. After this, check out if the error message disappears.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Hi ya x I can confirm that the scales are on a hard surface (kitchen tiled floor) and I weigh myself bare foot.
I have tried this morning weighing myself 5 times in a row and still thr ERR is showing
I step on it reads 'sensing' then tells me to step off, then read 'thinking' then ERR...
Have you any other suggestions, regards Sharon

Hi Shazwee,

Lots of us had the same problem. My solution was to buy a different brand which cost much less than the Aria. If you’d be interested in which scale I switched to, check out my post
