Aria displays an "ERR" message

Saturday was the last day my Aria worked.  Now I get the sense think ERR loop error.  Did the full reset ans then removed the scale from my app.  My best guess is the WIFI went out too as it won’t reconnect.  I guess 8 years wasn’t a bad run.  After tearing the scale down it looks like some components on the board show thermal damage.  This was my last Fitbit device.  Guess I have to see what GOOGLE will do with Fitbit.

 

Have to say the Aria tech support was rather disappointing.  Given the number of people having my same issue with new Aria 2s I thing I’ll have to look at other options.

The Same thing just happened to my scale. Everything I'm reading on these forums,  looks like it is dead and Fitbit can't or won't fix the problem.  I plan on just buying another scale from someone else.  Disappointing...
