I keep getting the err message tried every suggestion
also I cannot appear to be able to sync the scales to my app on my phone.

Hello, mine has been out of syn since Dec 2020! Was working fine and now has not synced since. I have taken batteries out and back in. I have rebooted modem and router. Nothing! Very frustrating! Is there an update that we aren't aware of?
