Aria does not show body fat

I have been a Aria user for over 4 years. It suddenly stopped showing body fat. It shows " BF ?" 

1. I tried taking the batteries out and putting them back in and weighing 5 times - DOES NOT WORK

2. I tried clicking on Device, users....Nothing happens after that - DOES NOT WORK

3. I tried factory reset - DOES NOT WORK.

Can any one help with the problem ?

Mine has been doing the same thing!  Have you received any assistance on this, or able to get it working again?
