Aria doesn’t recognise me

I hadn’t weighed myself in a while and in that time I lost a lot of weight and now aria recognised me as a guest. How do I fix it?

I HAVE been using mine, only thing that's happened that was out of the ordinary, was my dog stepped on the scale twice in one day. It correctly entered her mistake as guest. I have weighed, and it recognized me since, yet, today, when I went to weigh myself, it identified me as guest. I can't figure out how to fix it!!

@AleishaCollings Welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @AleishaCollings! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scales are recognizing you as "Guests".

If you guys haven't done so, please restart and re-calibrate your scales by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourselves 5 times in a row and see if your scales recognize your users again.

I’ve got the same problem and the reset gets stuck on connecting to WiFi.

@fluteyjess1 Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I would like to know the following details: Have you made changes to your network such as router, router settings or WiFi password? Is your Aria displaying another message besides "Connecting to WiFi"?

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

No changes to WiFi at all. It is still connected to WiFi but will not reconnect to to my account either on my phone or a laptop. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, turning mobile and laptop off and then restarting, taking 1 battery and all batteries out of the Aria, replaced with new batteries, too. Nothing has worked.

My Aria doesn’t recognize me at all. I took out the batteries and waited 15 seconds then put them back in and I weighed myself 5 times in a row and it still won’t recognize me.

@fluteyjess1 Thank you for getting back and letting me know the troubleshooting steps that you have tried. Due to this, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

@Codypaul Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Thank you also for restarting and re-calibrating your scale before contacting our forums. I would just like to know if your Aria scale displays any error message when you step on it.

In the meantime, please try setting up your scale from scratch. Once your scale is set up, re-calibrate your scale one more time and see if it recognizes your user again.
