I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty. What model of Aria do you have? If it is an Aria or Aria 2, have you tried these steps?

Have you tried watching the video in this link? Make sure to select whether it is an Aria or Aria 2

I have Comcast Xfinity and an Aria and had no problems.
