I've had the Aria since 2016. It connects to my WiFi network without a problem, and after weighing myself, I get the check-mark indicating the data upload was a success. However, my dashboard (on my phone and on the web) doesn't record anything. The last data I synced to my dashboard is from June 20, 2019, but I've had several weigh-ins since then.
I've tried all troubleshooting steps, including deleting the scale and setting it back up from scratch. But all to no avail.
