Aria abruptly stopped syncing and flashed a low battery indicator. Though the app said batteries were at medium, I went ahead and changed. Aria did remember the network after the battery change (whew! because that's a multi-day mess each time), but with the shiny new batteries, Aria still will not sync and still displays the low battery indicator. Why won't it be happy with the batteries it's given? Thanks!

Hi @LauraVA,
It sounds like the Aria scale may need a reset. Please remove the batteries for 10 seconds and reinsert.
Also, please be sure that you're putting the batteries in correctly, this may be part of your issue.

The batteries were out for a couple of hours during replacement, and then again for shorter periods for checking and reseating, so I doubt it's the kind of issue that a 10-second reset would fix. That's a reasonable suggestion in many cases, though.

I am having the exact same issue. It's flashing back and forth from the battery display and the 0.0 of weight. Batteries have been replaced and reset. Aria will not sync to the app either. Any help would be great.
